Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

  Ship to PLAY S.r.l.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned sports equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
